Rafa Silva, the talented Portuguese winger who has been linked with a move to several top clubs in Europe, has now caught the attention of another major club – Benfica.
According to reports from Portugal, Benfica is said to be interested in signing Rafa Silva on a permanent basis after the winger impressed during his loan spell at the club last season.
The 22-year-old, who has already scored 15 goals and provided six assists in just 24 appearances for Benfica this season, has been attracting interest from a number of big clubs across Europe, including Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.
However, it seems that Benfica's pursuit of Rafa Silva is taking precedence over all other suitors as they have reportedly made their intentions clear about wanting to sign him permanently.
It remains to be seen whether Benfica can convince Rafa Silva to stay at the club long-term or if he will end up moving elsewhere. However, one thing is certain – Rafa Silva is definitely a player to watch out for in the coming seasons.
